One of the bands we got to see at the Hurricane Festival was a band called Die Mannequin. For me they were one of the best acts at the festival. Although they were pretty low on the bill, they rocked like they were playing in front of a million people. If you want to check them out then go to their myspace page, you can listen to a few tracks there. Me and Juli are going to their gig in Holland on Wednesday.

Right fellow friends family and blog readers alike, im off to Hurricane Festival tomorrow and wont be back to sunday night i believe, i promise to take lots of nice pictures ;) On a better note, i got my laptop back way earlier than i thought i would, good job HP.

I bloody broke the connection to my ethernet/lan socket and had to send it off to HP to get it fixed, and now i have to wait for 3 weeks until it gets fixed :(

This is a great example of how a graphic design portfolio should be.

I came across this page just while i was bored one night and did some stumbling. I absolutley love it. Designers always talk about “how we can keep people on the page without leaving after they land”..well this is one of them. Every part of this page made me want to stay and made me want to come back for more.

The site is completley designed in flash and is kept interesting by dave who places videos all over ths site. I feel by him standing there explaining there it gives you the feeling of knowing exactly what hes talking about, gives a wamr feeling to the site. The site has this great movie feel and throughout the site there is music being played!

This is another great example of the power of flash. I cam across this site via stumbleupon and i love when i do. these sites feel so real, they feel like you are actually watching things move live around the page. This site was also set up for a good cause which you can read about on the site itself.

I am finally finished all of my exams hurrahhh and looking forward to going back home ;)

My exams started this week, so far things have gone good, but the most important ones are still to come so wish me luck and cross those fingers.

The new episode of Lost has to be one of the best yet, edge of the seat stuff.

Im a big fan of Family Guy and the new episode made me laugh sideways ;)
